What it's like to go nonverbal for one autistic individual (9:27) (brief talk of non-mobile moments)

I am posting a link to this video to showcase that although much research focuses on using sign language for those who are completely non-verbal and teaching them those skills, that there are uses for it for those who may be predominantly verbal (such as myself) and how we experience non-verbal moments.
As a side tangent, this video also brings up the topic of non-mobile moments, which I myself can experience. For myself, usually my whole body will tense up aside from 1 hand, which I would be able to sign with or type on my phone. However, it got me thinking about how to provide a form of communication for those who do not have use of a hand or their words, which first starts with educating about the benefits of using sign language for those with autism.
